Established in 1978, Skylab was the first Colour Lab in suburban Mumbai. In the times when Black & White reigned supreme and colour photography was at the grassroot level, the decision to open an exclusively colour lab was a bold initiative.

Initially the lab catered to the requirements of ad agencies but gradually as the awareness of photography spread to the masses, the focus shifted to providing a regular photo colour lab and studio for the amateur. Persistence in Quality has been and shall always be our primary objective. So when Kodak introduced the concept of Quality Monitoring Services we were the first to sign up and become a Kodak Express in India.

Digital imaging is no longer a thing of the future but has already arrived today. It was with this vision in mind that we made a foray in the field of digital designing in 1995. Today, we are a fully equipped studio for Digital designing and are capable of making Large size digital printouts on a variety of media.
